Application Process:
Interested students should fill out an application on-line or call (310) 224-4837 to request an application be sent to you by mail. Applicants will take a basic admissions exam.

Admissions Requirements:
CENTRO welcomes students over 18 years of age who have obtained a High School Diploma or G.E.D. and are fluent in English or Spanish to apply for admission. A committee of owners, administrators and faculty will review each application and exam and interview qualified applicants, admitting students with high potential for success in the industry. Factors for admission include previous personal and professional experience, students’ academic record and interest in the field of broadcasting. Students may enroll in the program in English or Spanish.

Credit for Previous Training:
Because of the high-tech, fast-paced nature of CENTRO’s training, CENTRO will look favorably on applicants with previous broadcasting training but will not give credit for previous training. All students will complete the course in its entirety if they wish to obtain a certificate.
