Hi Mike-
These are the three people we hired as video utilities. The school recommended these guys to us as some of the top of the class - betwen the ones we had and TV had. They have worked with other groups as well such as fox sports in the time with the program. They were all EXCELLENT. I think this relationship with Centro and ESPN is a fantastic one and we look forward to working with more Centro students in the future. I would definitely recommend these 3 for continued work with ESPN.

Juan Carlos Aguilar aka "Charlie" - really up beat and energetic. Apparently everywhere he goes he is known for his positive energy he brings with him. He worked as a utility for us as well. The home depot center video crew calle dhim 'superman' because of his tireless work ethic. Speaks fluent spanish and english. he is interested in all aspects of production/technical.

Jaime Sanchez - He worked as a video utility and camera assistant at both staples and home depot center. Diligent, focused and hard working. Jaime is from Mexico City - Spanish is his first language and he speaks english as well. His focus is in cameras.

Andrew Dominguez - He worked with us at the Moto X World Championships ad a video utility and camera assistant. Really personable. We asked for him again as he was so hard working, knowledgeable and great to work with. English is his first language and he speaks spanish well. Ultimately Andrew would like to be a TD.

Based on meeting these students and Jaime Hernandez, the Home Depot Center video and audio crew is going to start working with CENTRO students as well.

Dear Centro X Fest Crew,

It was a rare privilege for me to work with such a large group of talented, motivated, inspired, creative, and enthusiastic people. That you are all just at the beginning of your careers in television gives me great hope that the future of broadcasting will be filled with amazing productions!

Thank you for all your hard work, patience, and flexibility this weekend at the X Games. You were part of concept - "X Fest Radio" - that had been many years in the making, but for the first time fully executed at the level we had originally imagined. We couldn't have done it without your help! You are all amazing individuals and collectively an incredible team.

Mike - you are calm and focused, two of the most important qualities of a TD, and pragmatic as well as creative, two essential attributes for being a successful Director. Thank you for taking the reigns and keeping our program tight and seamless for four days straight!

Jose R - You rose to the challenge of operating a new piece of equipment and succeeded, I am sure that will be one of many, many accomplishments in your career.

Jenny - You too had a new piece of equipment to conquer which you did without a hitch. Thank you for spelling so well and typing so fast and keeping us in good spirits in the truck with all your positive energy.

Kartina - It was a test of endurance: heavy camera, long hot days, and you passed with flying colors, grat framing and perfect focus all weekend, thank you!

Daniel - You are amazing, you were always there , ready at the drop of a hat for the next camera position, I honestly don't remember the last time I did a show and NEVER waited on a camera, not once...in four days! Simply amazing!

Jose F & Clement - You guys have the perfect personalities for stage managing, you are effcient, polite, calm, friendly, focused, always thinking ahead, and always making sure everyone is on their mark. And always with a smile on your faces, even after four days in the hot sun. I was truly impressed.

Rudy - I don't think I ever saw you without a camera in hand, it was like a natural extension of your body, which must explain your natural talent for camerawork! You gave Miriam amazing footage to work with.

Liz - You produced more content in four days than a crew twice your size would normally produce. I was in awe of how much you accomplished at such a high quality.

Lilia - You are fantastic, so well composed and with such a great camera pressence, even after long days in the hot sun.

Miriam - Your patience and great sense of timing make you a fantastic editor. Your command of AVID and your ability to not let technical hiccups get you down was incredibly impressive!

Jaime - You and your crew were awesome, it was a seamless technical production, I was truly, honestly, in awe!

Rolando - I don't even know where to begin to thank you for bringing us all together for this event...it was a real pleasure to work with your team. i look forward to the opportunity to work with you all again and I wsih you continued success in all your broadcasting pursuits!
